Document Description
Applicant proposes a TPM 19848 to subdivide the site into seven lots and allow the construction of 15 buildings for a medical cannabis cultivation facility in three phases. The proposed buildings would be used for manufacturing, cultivation or a combination of both uses as well as ancillary uses. Subdivided lots would be between 0.5 and 2.5 acres in size. The proposed project would also include paving for circulation and parking spaces. Access to all lots would be provided from Needles Highway.
