Pinnacle 360 is a proposed residential development located at the intersection of N. Hoover and W. Council Streets in the city of LA. The project involves the demolition of the existing vacant Temple Community Hospital and the construction of a new 5 story, 61-ft tall residential complex. The project would contain a total of 221 condo units above one level of subterranean parking, as well as at-grade level parking, containing a total of 384 automobile parking spaces and 138 bicycle parking spaces on a 130,859 sf site.
