Document Description
The city is proposing to construct a public safety facility consisting of a new primary two-story approx 44,352 sf Police Service HQ building with a new secondary one-story approx 24,878 sf support building, and a future one-story approx 5,000 sf support building all on a 277,486 sf site. Primary access to the site will from Murphy St with secondary access from Work St. The project proposes 268 off street spaces on-site. The project includes a lease agreement between the city and a non-profit organization.
