Document Description
CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0171-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Estate Vineyards, LLC. Project includes remediation activities related to the restoration of two ephemeral streams where unauthorized vegetation clearing and grading of the bed and bank occurred in June 2016 for winery-related operations. Project activities will replace tree and shrub cover along the stream banks, stabilize the slopes of each drainage to prevent future bank failure, restore natural flow patterns to the streams, and control nonnative invasive plant species in each stream.
