Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2015-0115-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game code to the project Applicant, Orange County Parks.
The Aliso Creek Trail Slope Repairs Project will armor four locations within the stream in the project area. One location will incorporate the removal of two 60-inch corrugated metal culverts. The other three streams armoring areas include the installation of rock rip-rap bank protection at erosion sites and potential erosion sites and potential erosion sites within the stream. The project includes the maintenance of the rock rip-rap structures and culvert crossing structure installed as a part of the project. Temporarily stream impacts of up to 0.41 acres will be restored and replanted after construction. Permanent stream impacts of up to 0.16 acre will be mitigated either through the application of credit(s) purchased from a CDFW- approved mitigation bank, or creation of 0.16 acres of in-kind habitat and the restoration or enhancement of 0.32 acres.
