Document Description
DWR will convey up to 50,000 acre feet of CVP made available to DWR by United States Bureau of Reclamation at O'Neill Forebay. This CVP water is San Joaquin River Exchange Contractors Water Authority's 2017 CVP water. This Non-Project water will be made available to RRBWSD via KCWA turnouts in Reaches 12E and 13B of the CA Aqueduct. KCWA has requested that the Non-Project Water be delivered under article 55 of KCWA's long-term Water Supply Contract with DWR.
