Document Description
The periodic maintenance dredging of Agua Hedionda Lagoon yields beach compatible sand. This project would provide the project proponents with a Right of entry permit to place excavated material on Carlsbad State Beach. The placement of dredged sand on the beach will enhance public recreation opportunities by maintaining or increasing the size (square footage area) of useable beach.
Measures to be implemented to avoid impact may be obtained by submitting a request to the project environmental coordinator.
