Document Description
This project would replace existing bridge rails with upgraded railings and repave the decks of two bridges. The steel bridge rails would be stained dark brown. At Mill Creek Bridge, existing metal beam guardrail would be removed and upgraded and the highway would be repaved for about 120 feet on both sides of the bridge.
