Document Description
State Parks will issue a Right of Entry Permit to fulfill the Army Corps of Engineers' (USACOE) obligation to repair two gullies on the eastern bank of Coal Canyon North along the Santa Ana River in Chino Hills State Park. The obligation is an agreement to compensate California State Parks for the loss of real estate that resulted from the USACOE project on the eastern edge of Coal Canyon North along the bike path. Harper Contracting proposes to repair the gullies by excavating and hydroseeding.
