Document Description
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Bishop Field Office applied for a Special Use Authorization to drill two groundwater monitoring wells at the Mammoth RV Park on lands administered by the United States Forest Service (USFS). The Inyo National Forest, Mammoth Ranger District completed the environmental analysis process for the proposed BLM CD-IV Geothermal Monitoring Wells. The wells are intended to monitor hydrologic conditions as required per a condition of the Groundwater Monitoring and Response Plan for the Casa Diablo IV (CD-IV) Geothermal Develpment Project, which was authorized in 2013.
