Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Don Moore and Mr. Tammen Beeman. The projects is limited to (1) notifying for diversion and (2) for the clean out of the weir adjacent to the diversion, which diverts water to Stockwell Meadows. The clean out of the weir will be done with a backhoe and/or hand tools when the diversion is unundated with sediments.
