This project will not construct improvements or alter the environment. Proposed feasibility study will be prepared primarily from existing records and documentation. Possible Optional field work may include limited soil and water testing at possible project locations adjacent to or within agricultural land and/or the floodplain of Salinas River using a cone-penetration test (CPT) and push-probe tool.
