Document Description
The existing booster pump station is mechanically obsolete and electrically inefficient. In order to maintain pressure/flow in the system and reduce stop/start of the pumps, variable frequency drives are recommended to replace the hydro pneumatic tank. The improvement project will include replacement of pumps, removal of pneumatic tank, installation of VFDs, and repair of existing building to meet the current requriements of the California Building Code.
