Document Description
Department of Fish and Wildlife is intending to execute an amendment to Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0167-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code, to the project applicant, Laguna Beach Golf and Bungalow Village, LLC. Activities include: cutting of limbs/tree trunks of native and non-native woody vegetation within a 0.85-acre with no root or rhizome removal, using hand-held equipment, in select areas within Aliso Creek where the vegetation creates unsafe conditions on the golf course; restoration and revegetation of 2.96 acres with native woody and understory species; and ongoing removal of invasive species.
