Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0394-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to Monica Kirkland, homeowner.
The project is limited to installation of a concrete retaining wall to secure a failing bank. Pier holes (8-18 inches in diameter) will be drilled at 8-ft intervals along a 60-ft length of bank, and rebar-reinforced concrete piers will be poured. The area will be excavated, spoils will be hauled offsite, and a concrete retaining wall, 5 ft tall by 18 inches wide, will then be poured. Weep holes will be installed for drainage and tie-back rods to secure the wall in place.
