Document Description
The project consists of the removal and replacement of approx. 85 linear feet of break room and coffee counters on the 7th and 8th floor of the Junipero Serra Building. Work includes removal of the old counters, installing new counters, repairing and painting any damaged sections of wall caused by the removal of the old counters and installation of the new, installation of new accessible sinks with new faucets, new garbage disposals and installing new instant hot water heaters or modifying the existing supplies to all break rooms. Additional work will make alterations to the existing power outlets in these five rooms to provide power to the garbage disposals and hot water supplies.
