Document Description
DTSC, pursuant to regulatory authority granted under Title 22 HSC Chapter 6.5, made a corrective action remedy decision for the HRL Labs, LLC Facility. The Remedy decision is for a resource conservation and recovery act corrective action complete with controls. The Remedy Decision is supported by a statement of basis which summarized the RCRA facility investigation conducted during the period 2005 through 2012, and a supplemental indoor air sampling indoor air sampling program conducted in February and July 2016 for the site and recommended and operation and maintenance agreement for the existing concrete cap and asphalt covers and institutional controls.
