Document Description
DMV seeks to acquire apporx 3 acres of land located between Dover Parkway and SR 99 and north of the Woollmes Ave and Dover Parkways intersection in the city of Delano, Kern county. The DMW will purchase approx 3 acres of land to build a new DMV to serve the Delano area. The single story building will be approx 10,718 sf which will include site work, utilities, walkways, curbs, gutters signage, landscaping, irrigation, fencing, gates, trash enclosure, site drainage, site lighting, and surface parking. Future actions, including development of the property, will undergo complete environmental review as required by CEQA.
