The project purpose is to repair two eroded areas below a newly-constructed residence on the Sacramento River in Dunsmuir.
High flows during the previous winter (2016-2017) caused bank erosion at two locations below a newly-constructed residence along the Upper Sacramento River in Dunsmuir. The eroded area, if not repaired, could eventually undermine a portion of the foundation of the new residence.
