Document Description
Under the proposed project, UCSF proposes to enter into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) and a Solar License Agreement (SLA) with an LLC entity established by SunPower Corporation for six locations at UCSF: Mission Bay -- Community Center Garage; Mission Bay - Mission Hall; Owens Street Garage; Parnassus Heights - School of Dentistry Building; Oyster Point Warehouse; and UCSF Fresno Center for Medical Education and Research. A solar power system would be installed at each of the six locations.
