Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to correct the roadway profile at south of the southbound (SB) Duck Slough Overflow Bridges (Br No. 39-0244L) on state route (SR) 99 in Merced County at post miles (PM) R9.5 to R10.4. The scope of the project includes cold planning the concrete roadway and outer/inner shoulders; concrete installation to eliminate sagging in the profiles of the bridge; and the removal and restriping of traffic stripes and pavement markers. All work is to occur within Caltrans right-of0way. The project has been split from 10-1G520. The purpose of the project is to provide structural relief to the bridge; and the need of the project is to address roadway deficiencies.
