Document Description
Project consists of the sale and transfer of 1,744 square feet of potential land coverage rights from Conservancy-owned land to a receiving parcel. The coverage transfer will satisfy Tahoe Regional Planning Agency Settlement Agreement requirements for non-permitted coverage for an existing residence, garage, deck, and driveway. The transfer enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
