Document Description
The project consists of approving the modification request for the AERC Recycling Solutions, a Clean Earth Company (AERC) Facility, located at 30677 Huntwood Avenue in Hayward California. The modification request includes replacing an existing fluorescent lamp crushing unity with a new more efficient unit, reconfiguring the storage area, changing the indoor air monitoring program, and changing the end cap sampling program. The permitted treatment capacity will remain the same and the storage capacity will be reduced. All operations will continue to occur inside an enclosed building. The reconfiguration of the storage area is necessary to accommodate the larger footprint of the replacement machine.
