Document Description
The project would rehabilitate the beach access trail at LaPiedra State Beach to reduce erosion, protect sensitive resources and improve access. The lower portion of the existing trail is eroded and unsustainable. The project would remove the steps and put in fencing to block off the old route and allow passive habitat regeneration. A fence will be installed at the area currently used as an overlook to keep people off of steeper parts of the bluff and reduce erosion.
