Document Description
The tenant improvements will modify and make improvements to the Elihu Harris Building, 3rd floor south, including a new exit door added to an existing conference room as well as reversing the swing of an existing exit door to swing out. Existing audio/visual and data systems in an existing conference room on the 4th floor north will be rerouted and reinstalled in the 3rd floor south conference room.
