Document Description
The project will aid in the improvement of traffic operations in Northern Shasta County to the Oregon border by upgrading the existing Traffic Management System. Improvements to the TMS would include the installation and construction of new Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) at four locations. The purpose is to improve operations and reliability at the Transportation Management Center, and to facilitate accurate, timely, and reliable traveler information.
