Document Description
SLFD will pump out, fill, and compact a basin it constructed downstream of the LBDD toe drain in early 2017. The basin will be filled with sediment that was left onsite during basin construction. The basin altered the soil gradient and increased soil saturation and flood potential, this work is needed to eliminate these risks to LBDD.
