The project would consist of development of the site with a middle school campus comprised of nine one- and two-story buildings, outdoor recreation facilities, and parking, with a capacity for 650 students. The school facilities would include five classroom buildings providing a total of 25 classrooms, an administration building, library/computer lab building, cafeteria/multi-purpose building, and gym building. The buildings would range in size from 1,895 sf to 13,167 sf, and would have a combined building area of 66,245 sf.
