Shelter Cove is a small, rural residential community of approx 700 people in the southwestern most corner of Humboldt County, CA. RID is proposing to construct a new two-story 8,400 sf community center, library, learning center and a pilot's lounge and 61 space parking lot adjacent the Shelter Cove Airport to serve the rural residential population of Shelter Cove and visiting pilots and tourists.
