Shelter Cove is a small, rural residential community of approx 700 people in the southwestern most corner of Humboldt County, CA. RID is proposing to construct a new two-story 8,400 sf community center, library, learning center and a pilot's lounge and 61 space parking lot adjacent the Shelter Cove Airport to serve the rural residential population of Shelter Cove and visiting pilots and tourists. This building will replace an existing community clubhouse and library.
