The application proposes to subdivide a 12.88 acre parcel into four parcels for single-family residential use, with lot sizes as follows" 5 acres, 2.8 acres, 2.8 acres, 2.2 acres. Remnants of previous development attempts are dispersed throughout the property with grading for a driveway spanning all 4 proposed lots that will be utilized for access from Rose Ave. A utility pole in the middle of the unfinished graded driveway will be removed. Each lot will have a septic area. Lot 1 has an existing storm drain detention area. Lot 2 contains most of the unfinished graded driveway, small shed, mermaid statue, and a drainage area. Lot 3 contains an existing pump house for a well, and a row of cypress trees. Lot 4 contains an existing well, row of cypress trees, and some small out buildings of unknown purpose.
