Project would include a sphere of influence amendment (SOIA), general amendment (GPA), annexation and prezone with the goal of providing a future site for the City of Folsom's corporate yard. If approved, the City of Folsom would purchase the site in fee title for the purpose of developing a corporation yard in the future. No other uses would be allowed at the site. The City would designate this area as Public Quasi-Public Facility and prezone the site as Industrial. LAFCo is the lead agency for the SOIA. On 08/01/2018, LAFCo acted as a responsible agency in regards to approval of the annexations/reorganization.
