Document Description
This project would include a SOIA, GPA, annexation, and prezone with the goal of providing a future site for the city of Folsom's corporation yard. If approved, the city of Folsom would purchase the site in fee title for the purpose of developing a corporation yard in the future. No other uses would be allowed at this site. The city would designate this area as public and Quasi-Public Facility and prezone the site as industrial. LAFCo is the Lead Agency for the SOIA, Responsible Agency for the annexation (if the SOIA is approved), and the city of Folsom is the lead agency for the GPA and prezone (if the SOIA is approved).
