Document Description
Caltrans proposes to repair and/or replace culverts at a total of 35 locations in Amador and Tuolumne Counties. Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining will be installed in 23 drainage systems. 4 culvert locations will be repaired or cleaned only. Caltrans also proposes to replace 8 existing corrugated metal pipe culverts with reinforced concrete pipes. Upgrading the drainage system will improve the flow capacity of the culverts, extend the life of the culverts, and prevent the roadway from possible failure due to flooding.
