Document Description
The project would demolish the existing warehouse and surface parking and would construct a new seven-level, 265,000 sf parking structure, standing approx 75 ft tall. The double bay parking structure would face R St, providing an estimated 800-850 total spaces. The structure would span the entire length of the block between 8th and 9th St with the footprint extending to Quill Alley. The parking structure would primarily serve existing State office buildings in the downtown area. However, systems would be established for public parking during non-business hours and possibly during business hours. The project would include approx 13,000 sf of ground-level retail fronting R St.
