Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-STA-18314-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Permittee, County of San Luis Obispo Public Works.
The Project includes activities related to repair of an embankment failure in Cayucos Creek caused by prior storm events. Damage occurred to the roadway surface, sub-base, shoulder, and embankment adjacent to Cayucos Creek. The area will be restored and stabilized using rock slope protection (RSP) to allow replacement of the roadway.
