Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0259-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, CA Water Service. The project will consist of installing approx. 7 miles of 24 inch and 30 inch buried potable water pipeline and building a new pump station, as well as road improvements to an existing access road and a slope erosion improvements at Dapplegray Elementary School. The pipeline alignment consists of temporary impacts, the majority of which are within existing paved roadways along Palos Verdes Drive North and Crenshaw Blvd., and within existing dirt trails. Of the 55.39 acres of total project area, the only impacts that will occur to native habitat are 0.07 acre of permanent impacts to lemonade berry scrub and 0.05 acre of temporary impact to red willow ticket.
