Document Description
The proposed project is a CUP and a Minor Variance to renovate an existing structure formerly used as a convenience store and gas station to utilize it for a similar purpose including an installation of a drive-through. The purpose of the variance is to reduce the front yard landscape setback from 25 ft to 15 ft and the north side yard setback from 10 ft to 7.5 ft. The property currently includes the previous structure, paved parking areas, and remnants of previous gasoline dispensing islands. The property also includes several sign structures. Minimal vegetation exists on-site due primarily to the deterioration of the previous paving.
