The project consists of the construction and operation of a new facility consisting of seven buildings totaling about 38,500 sf of building area. Two basketball courts and a track and field would be built on the east side of the site. The campus would include one parking lot on the west end of the site with about 90 spaces. The bus drop-off area would be along a driveway next to the south edge of the campus.
