Document Description
The proposed project consists of site-wide upgrades and modernization of the existing North Hollywood High School campus. The proposed project includes the demolition and removal of 12 building and 23 portables and the construction of a new classroom building, a new gym, and a new auditorium. Other improvements to the existing campus facilities include upgrades to infrastructure and utilities and various site-wide upgrades per the Americans with Disabilities Act. Student capacity at North Hollywood HS will not increase due to the proposed project. The proposed project is designed to address the most critical physical concerns of the building and grounds at the campus while upgrading, renovating, modernizing, and reconfiguring the campus to provide facilities that are safe, secure, and better aligned with the current instructional program.
