Document Description
The North River Farms project is a request for a planned development proposing to construct a max of 725 dwelling units with associated ag, com and rec uses on a 177-acre site. The request consists of a GPA to change the land use from A to various res designations, a TM, and a DP. The project is described as an ag based community with ag uses, a farmer's market, a boutique hotel, an Ecology Center, and flexible commercial uses within the village core. The PD Plan designates four separate districts that will support a wide variety of future residential uses including estate homes, single-family detached and cluster developments, and townhouses.
