Document Description
The city of Santa Monica seeks to redevelop the city yards site, consisting of an approx 14.7-acre maintenance and facilities site located at 2500 Michigan Avenue. Existing facilities at the City Yards Site no longer meet the city's functional needs and space requirements for operation at the site. The city and the design team worked to build a concept design to reconstruct the City Yards, which is presented in the City Yards Master Plan. The City Yards Master Plan seeks to provide a more efficient flow of operations, improved infrastructure, and sustainable features.
