Document Description
The project consists of the redevelopment of the existing 14.2 acre City Yards site located at 2500 Michigan Ave. As part of the project, the existing on-site buildings/improvements would be removed and redeveloped to house the city's current uses: Fleet Maintenance, Street Maintenance, Resource Recovery and Recycling, Water Resources, and Fire Training Yard. In total, approx 51,013 sf of net new facilities/buildings would result along with a multi-level parking structure for employees.
