Document Description
Request by North County Communications LLC for a minor use permit to allow for the relocation of a radio communications tower from its present location to a new location approx 600' north of the existing site: 150 sf communications building, 172' guyed tower, 12kW propane emergency electrical generator, 250 gallon propane tank, and a 25'x35' cedar fence enclosure. The project will result in the disturbance of approx 875 sf and temporary disturbance of approx 18 lf for 3 guy anchors on a 40 acre parcel. The proposed project is within the agricultural land use category and is located at 3770 North River Road, situated directly north of the city of Paso Robles Urban Reserve Line. The site is in the North County Planning area, Salinas River sub area.
