Document Description
The 3.16 acre project site consists of two commercial parcels. They are located on the north side of the Sixth St westbound lanes located between Xenia Ave and American Ave in the city of Beaumont, CA. Each parcel has been developed in the past. The proposed project's intent is to develop an outdoor storage facility for RV's, trailers, and boats. The developed storage project area would consist of developing an L shaped site of 2.59 acres within the 3.16 acres of current ownership. The project consists of grading, paving, WQMP infiltration trenches, trash enclosure, fencing and landscaping. There is no building construction proposed for this project. An existing residence will be used for on-site security. The city of Beaumont is the lead agency for this project. The project will be subject to the approval conditions from the city of Beaumont's CUP process and the public hearings.
