Document Description
Friends of Willow Tree (operating under the authority of Community Collaborative - Pathways Academy) is proposing operation of a small school facility on an approx. 14-acreproject site located at 6983 West Lilac Road in the community of Bonsall in northern San Diego County, CA. The proposed project consists of the installation of 11 portable buildings: 8 classroom buildings and 1 kindergarten building with total capacity for 218 students; an administration building; and a restroom building. Access would be via two driveways: one from West Lilac Road and one from an unnamed road along the west site boundary. A parking lot with 94 total parking spaces. The project also includes the installation of about 18,750 sq. ft. of landscaping. Project construction would involve ground disturbance to approx. four acres of the site. The Willow Tree K-8 facility would operate from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday thru Thursday; students are home-schooled on Fridays.
