Document Description
The project consists of reconfiguration and improvement to an existing Boat Dry Storage Yard to provide standard spaces for boat storage and to improve circulation. Improvements include site grading and resurfacing the site. A new concrete driveway will be created from Figueroa Street with a lopped circulation system through the boat yard. Other improvements include installation of "low-impact" drainage features, two new light poles, new fencing, and a new sidewalk and sidewalk crossing (driveway approach) on Figueroa. A future project phase would improve the adjacent parking area by providing 72 delineated vehicle parking spaces within an existing informally used parking lot with relocation of an existing driveway. This phase is not currently planned or funded, and it is not known when it may be completed.
