Document Description
Moran Development Company representing Beech A/C Properties is proposing a GPA on 38.01 acres located along the north side of McCutchen Rd, approx 1,300 ft west of Ashe Rd. The request includes an amendment of the land use element of the Metropolitan Bakersfield GPLU from LMR to HMR, or a more restrictive designation. The GPA area coincides with parcels 2, 3, and 4 of vesting tentative parcel map No. 12023. The project would be the development of two-story, multi-family residences with a density not to exceed 17.42 units per acre. The max height of the buildings would be 35 ft. It is assumed for this analysis that the project would include construction and operation of up to 613 units.
