A request by Cayetano Moreno for a minor use permit/coastal development permit to allow for the construction of a two-story 1,718 sf single family residence with attached 1,024 sf garage, 254 sf of deck space, and a detached 579 sf guesthouse. The project will result in site disturbance of approx 7,000 sf including 136 cy of cut and fill on a 1.25 acre parcel. The project site is within the residential single family land use category and is located at the northeast corner of Chumash Lane and Al Sereno Lane approx 400 ft north of Bayview Heights Dr in the community of Los Osos. The site is in the Bayview Heights area of Los Osos, within the Estero planning area.
