Document Description
The project is the realignment and reconstruction of the intersection of Canyon Estates Drive and Canyon View Drive located within the City's Lake Elsinore Hills District. The realignment will allow for a standard signalized four-way intersection that will connect realigned Canyon Estates Drive with Franklin St. and the future Camino Del Norte extension (currently proposed under a separate project). Canyon View Drive will connect to Franklin St. as a stop-controlled intersection. Major components of the proposed project include demolition of existing roadways and removal fo demolished materials (asphalt, concrete, soils and vegetation); utility relocation (electrical power poles and water line blow-off valve); site preparation and grading; roadway, cub/gutter, sidewalk construction of existing drainage facilities and installation of a new triple 54 inch reinforced concrete pipe and ancillary facilities.
